Our commitment ensures that all labor and craftsmanship performed by Kris Konstruction remains protected for the duration of your homeownership. To activate this warranty, the contract must be settled in full. This comprehensive guarantee encompasses all workmanship for the entirety of the installation’s lifetime. Product warranties, however, may vary depending on the manufacturer, and any costs associated with replacing defective products fall solely on the homeowner.

Under this warranty, Kris Konstruction will promptly remove any faulty products and replace them, all without incurring any additional labor charges. Additionally, any hardscaping work comes with a one-year warranty, with the exception of concrete work, where we do not cover cracks. It’s important to note that this warranty does not extend to issues resulting from misuse or abuse, nor does it cover damages caused by acts of nature, such as storms or floods.
